Jens Schönstedt
Jens Schönstedt, M.A.
Jens Schönstedt is a research associate at FAU Research Centre for Islam and Law in Europe (FAU EZIRE), working under the supervision of Dr. Jörn Thielmann. He completed his BSc in Geography (2019) at the University of Münster and his MA in Middle Eastern Studies (2024) at University of Erlangen–Nuremberg.
As part of the International Max Planck Research School “Global Multiplicity: A Social Anthropology for the Now”, he is preparing his doctoral research on belonging and home-making in the in-between focusing on the Bosniak community in and from the Sandžak border region.
