From 2015 to 2018, researchers of the EZIRE were working as collaborators of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities for the working group “Islam in Bavaria”.

It was the goal of the research group to work out specific recommendations for questions concerning the Muslim way of life in Bavaria, based on broad empirical research, for the Bavarian state government.

The results of this work, as well as information regarding the starting point, the working process and the aims, the researchers and collaborators, the main topics of the project and the events that gave the group a public face, can now be found on the new homepage. (English version coming soon)
