Parallel Justice – Conciliation in the Shadow of the Constitutional State
The term “Parallel Justice” refers to an alternative dispute resolution that is not based on the democratic statutes of German law. Mostly foregrounded is the protection or restoration of a social validity claim – namely honour. The conference report summarizes the panels and introduces possible measures.
